Can Clients delete chat history?

If they do have the option to, will it delete the history from the entire database or from a local client database. If so is there an option to disable this entirely or any other solution for this?

Hi,

Yes, the Client can delete the chat history through the Client option ‘View Log > Clear History’.

Have added the following screenshot for your reference.

When the Client deletes the Chat History, it will be deleted from the local client database only. It won’t be deleted from Server.
