Connection issue

I cannot connect using the mobile app.  I keep getting a connection timed out message.  Any ideas?

Please make sure you are able to connect your Output Messenger server from remote desktop client using Internet. As mobile app is connecting through internet, your server firewall may block incoming requests from internet.
