Error authenticating against AD

Question

Occasionally a user reports he is not able to login with his AD credentials. All other users are working fine. I have verified and reset the AD password. No solution..

 

The "Server Service for Output Messenger.log" adds the following error every time a login has been tried

The server has been updated to 1.0.77

Hi,

We have resolved the issue with our latest Server version # 1.0.78. Hence, can you please download and update that latest Output Messenger Server (1.0.78) from online and try again.

Steps to update Server:

1. Stop Output Messenger Server Service, if running.
2. Exit Output Messenger Server Manager tool, if running.
3. Install new updated server over existing version.
4. Start the Service.
