Keeping deleted messages on Chat Logs

Is it possible to keep record of deleted messages by each users on Chat Log server even when user delete that message?

In our Output Messenger, when users delete the Chat messages, it will be deleted from the Client only not from the Server. Hence, you can see the deleted messages also through ‘Server Manager > Log > Chat History’ for each user. We have attached the following screenshot for your reference.

Note: Make sure “Chat History Log Storage” is enabled in “Server Manager > Configuration”.

If the chat history function was not activated on the server is their a way to retrieve these chats.  These are needed for a fraud case.  If we activated history log function now would it show past history or one history from date activated.  Thanks

Sorry, the Chat History will be stored on Server Manager from activated date only.  It won't have the past history.
