We have eight days left on our evaluation, and would really like to proceed with a purchase.  However, there are a few problems that are preventing us from doing so.  

1)  I receive notifications of a new message on phone, but when I click the notification to read the message, it opens the output messenger client, but doesn't show the message that was in the notification.

2)  Not all messages are received on both phone and desktop.

3) When I click previous messages within a chat window, on the desktop or mobile client it isn't working

I think the issue with notifications, has to do with being signed into both desktop and mobile at the same time.  When signed out of desktop, notifications work correctly and message is seen in the messenger.

Will a future upgrade allow messages to be reliably delivered to both devices?

The previous messages link still isn't working.

Seven days left.  Just so you know, I am looking at purchase of 100+ users.  Hopefully that is some motivation to get these issues resolved for me.
