Hello!

We are using a test version of Output Messenger in terminal sessions on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard (latest version from website). When sending files, some users can't open received files with the links "Open - Open Folder - Move" given in the chat window. Directly after receiving the file, they don't even see the links. Instead they can only see a "Cancel" button. After closing and reopening chat window they can see the links, but they don't work. Files are received, because using "Open Received Folder" from tray menu shows them. Sending has the same problem, chat windows shows "Preparing" and a cancel button though the file is already sent. Reopening chat shows that file is sent.

This is not for all users, some can open files without problem.

We have not been able to replicate the issues. Hence, please email your problems as screenshots to support@srimax.com. We will analyze and help you to resolve them.

We are also having this or a very similar issue.  I have emailed a screenshot to support.

Please make sure that the client user, who experiences the issue, has the latest Output Messenger Client version # 1.3.0 and try again. If the user get the problem still, please let us know.
