We are currently working on an evaluation. Internal mobile clients work just fine. External clients are not able to connect to the server. This is as expected as we have not yet made changes to allow connections back to the server. However, mobile clients are still receiving push notifications externally.

How are these notifications being sent if they cannot connect to the server nor send and receive messages?

If the mobile clients didn’t logout properly from Output Messenger and just exit, they will receive notifications until three days (from the time of left) even though they are not connected to the Server.

However, if they don’t want notifications at right now, they should login once again and log out properly. Please try again.
