Output Messenger through VPN

Question

I will be implementing this into a dental office that is connected via VPN to another office as well as multiple users accessing it via Terminal Server.

 

Are these two options supported / easy setup?

Yes, Output Messenger supports VPN and Terminal Server.  

1. You can configure Output Messenger with VPN (Virtual Private Network) connection easily through the following guideline.

2. And for Terminal Server support (to run multiple instances of Output Messenger in a single computer), you don’t need to install any additional Service.
