when its minimized is there a way to popup when receiving a chat, right now it only pops up when its closed

By default, the new chat window popup will be with ‘Non-Disturb Display’. Hence, you can’t get the chat popup when receiving a message.

You can change that popup setting ‘New Chat Window should popup’ as ‘Always on Top’ in ‘Settings > Other Options  > Chat’ and ‘Save’ to get the popup for new messages, when the chat window is minimized.

And you can access Settings menu by Right Clicking on the Users List window.

No it does not help, Its not working properly
the show new messages at the right bottom of the screen, in the minimized state is working better, the problem is that it only stays for 2 seconds, if there is a way to allow it to stay till closed that would help otherwise I'm stuck because the always on top option does not popup when minimized or if you have another task that you're doing

Actually, with the setting ‘Always on Top’, the popup will open for new chat window only but won’t for upcoming messages of ongoing chat window. Because, if we allow popup for each and every message of ongoing One-to-One Chat as well as Group Chat,  it might disturb you. Hence, to make you work conveniently with other works during the Chat, we designed ‘Always on Top’ setting to popup for new chat window only.

And we will increase the time limit from 2 seconds to 5 seconds for the alert to be displayed at the right bottom of the screen. Because, if we change its functionality to stay till it get closed, you will get more alerts while chatting with multiple users which will occupy whole the right side screen and won’t convenient to you.

no it does not help, I have few clients that have the same issue with workers claiming they didn't see the text, you should look into having a feature either to stay on the bottom right till its closed or chat box always come to front, it should be optional but its a great feature for a lot of companies looking into this product.

OK. We will made ‘Always on Top’ to display the popup for all messages as you pointed. That change will be available to you with our next version to be released in 10 days.

We have released our latest Output Messenger Server and Client versions # 1.2.4. Download and Update it to get the Popup for all new messages with the option "Always on Top".

1. Install new updated Server over existing version.
2. Start the Service.

Run the installer in Client or Push MSI installer using Windows Group Policy.
