Link removed from message send through API

Question

I am trying to send message having link inside and some background color through API. It work fine when in from field supplied correct user email address. But if I do not supply correct username rather use something like "Git CI" which is not registered user which message to user as announcement which is absolutely fine but it remove link from it and display as plain text.

Is there anyway to resolve this/

Steps to Update Server:

1. Install new updated Server over existing version.
2. Start the Service.

Steps to Update Client:

Run the installer in Client or push MSI installer using Windows Group Policy.
