Feature Request: Prevent Users From Leaving Chat Room

Question

For our organization, and I am sure many other, we need the ability to prevent users from leaving specific rooms.  It's a big hassle when a user leaves a mandatory department wide Room and you then have to get a Manager/Admin user to add them back.

I see it working 1 of two different ways, to help explain what I am asking for:

1) Rooms created Administratively/from the server side can only have their rosters modified Administratively/server side.  Prevent users from removing/leaving these rooms.

2) Rooms could be "Locked" to likewise disable changes to their rosters/member lists.  Users would not be able to leave, and Administrators or Managers would need to "Unlock" the Room before adding or removing users.

As any user can create a Chat room, there is a possibility to add a user wrongly.

For an example, a user from a particular team can add a user of another team with his Chat Room wrongly. At that situation, the other team user should easily exit from the wrong Chat Room and don’t depend on the user who created that Chat Room. Hence, we didn’t add restriction to exit from the Chat Room.

Anyhow, we will consider the Chat Room Lock option and implement at Server Manager in future.

I understand - thanks!  Adding it at the Server Manager level would be perfect.  Just so we could create the permanent Department chat rooms and make them mandatory.
