For ourselves, and I imagine many other organizations, it would be immensely helpful to be able to assign a User the rights/role to manage Users, Chat Rooms, and Groups but NOT be able to view Logs.

We want Managers to be able to control those features and to spread that work load out, but it seems like a huge risk for us to let them be able to read all chat logs as well.

If it helps to explain my point, below are a few ways I envision this feature could potentially work:

1)  Only the Admin users or Administrator group can access logs.  Let the Manager role retain all of the non og viewing functionality it has now.

2) Create two new roles to go with the Manager Role.  One role for viewing logs but NOT administering users, and one role for administering users but NOT viewing logs.

3) Add the ability to specify privileges or access per user account.  That way you could, for instance, modify a specific user and give them the ability to administer just chat rooms, or just groups, or just reset passwords.

Thanks for your time and hard work guys.  Loving the product, but there are definitely some improvements like that that would make it better.  As-is we are not using the Manager role, because log viewing is too sensitive to give to all the people we want to be able to assist with User and Group/Chat administration.
