I am one of several users in our company and I am the only one that cannot view emojis, open attachments or open hyperlinks to emails. I have installed and reinstalled the software with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

We have replicated and resolved the issue. The fix will be available to you with our next Output Messenger version to be released in a couple of weeks.
