We're currently moving everyone in our company over from Outlook Messenger to Output Messenger. We've ran into an issue that's only affecting a single user so far. I install Output and they login, and for a day or two they have no issues, then suddenly for some reason from their Output it shows them as the only user logged in and they cannot see any other users.

Everyone else can still see this user in their lists but no messages sent to her will be received by her. I did a basic uninstall which didn't solve the issue, so I then did an uninstall and made sure to delete any left over related files (I forget exactly where they all were, App Data, Program Data etc.) After I did this and re-installed again it was working fine again for a couple days before once again her list appears empty besides being able to see herself. The next thing I was going to try was to delete her entire user profile off her PC and let it recreate the profile, but I don't understand why it seems to work fine for a couple of days before it seems to glitch out. Any idea why this single user would be experiencing these issues?

Please provide us the log file ‘OutputMessenger.log’ of the user who experiences the problem through support@srimax.com It will help us to trace out the issue.

You can find that log file through following steps.

1. Right click on the Users List page, select the Open Received Folder option.

2. Go back to the folder ‘Output Messenger’ on the files Directory list.

3. Now, you can see the log file ‘OutputMessenger.log’ to be sent us.

This is happening to us as well.  It is a huge problem!  I will find the log files and send them also.  We have been deleting that folder - That HAAA folder or whichever one (the names change) and then it opens up ok.

Can you please ensure that you are using the Output Messenger latest Client Version # 1.4.1? If not, please update that latest version and try again.

OMLs.db3 from Server

File Path : {Server Installed folder}/OMLs.db3

OM.db3 from Client:

1. Right click on the Users List page, select the Open Received Folder option.
2. Go back to the folder like ‘DHAAA’ on the files Directory list.
3. Now, you can see the DB file ‘OM.db3’ to be sent us.
