Sending files/pictures with mobile clients (iPhone/iPad)

We installed your software on a Windows 2012 R2 Server. Windows clients and mobile clients are working fine with text messages so far. So i think there is no misconfiguration. (It was really simple ;-) But pictures or other files like .pdf only do work with the internal clients.

Everything concerning pictures & files & mobile clients do not work properly. Sending pictures from the iPhone or receiving pictures from the other clients do not work. Only the download/retry button appears but is has no effect when clicking it, the sending bar stays at 0% (tested with the iPhone App (1.0.19) so far).

What is your solution?

Output Messenger File Transfer Mode lets you to transfer the files between Clients with or without Server.

By default the file transfer will be done through P2P (without Server). On that P2P file transfer mode, once the file has been sent or received, it will be downloadable on current active device only but not on offline device.

When File Transfer done through Server mode, the files will be saved on Server at the folder you configured for archive. So, the files will be downloadable on current active device as well as on offline device.

Hence, please choose the following option under ‘File Transfer Mode’ exists at ‘Sever Manager > Configuration’ and transfer the files again.
