Output keeps going offline and coming back online.

Question

I work in an office and nobody else seems to be having this problem. My messenger just keeps going offline and coming back on line so sort of flapping.

Running the latest release I have tried reinstalling it, restarting, logging out and back in again.

Any advice would be great

Please provide us your log file ‘OutputMessenger.log’ through support@srimax.com It will help us to trace out the issue.

You can find that log file through following steps.

1. Right click on the Users List page, select the Open Received Folder option.

2. Go back to the folder ‘Output Messenger’ on the files Directory list.

3. Now, you can see the log file ‘OutputMessenger.log’ to be sent us.
