Please provide us your log file ‘OutputMessenger.log’ through email@example.com It will help us to trace out the issue.
You can find that log file through following steps.
1. Right click on the Users List page, select the Open Received Folder option.
2. Go back to the folder ‘Output Messenger’ on the files Directory list.
3. Now, you can see the log file ‘OutputMessenger.log’ to be sent us.
