When i try remote desktop sharing i get an "Unable to connect" error. I have the desktop sharing setting on in the server manager. How can i fix this?

Hi,

Please make sure that the ‘OutputMessenger VOIP’ service is running in Output Messenger ‘Server Manager’ and refer the following guideline page for more details.
