Chat logs on server stopped working March 16, 2017

We are running Server 1.5.0 and client 1.5.5  The chat history abruptly stops recording with the last entries for anyone on March 15, 2017.  We updated to this version early in February.

Please make sure that the “Chat History Log Storage” is enabled in “Server Manager > Configuration” (refer the following screenshot).

If you can’t find the Chat History even though the Log Storage is enabled, please provide us the Output Messenger Server log as well as your ‘Server Manager > Configuration’ screenshot through support@srimax.com. It will help us to trace out the cause.

You can find the Server Log file named as ‘Server Service for Output Messenger.log’ at the Output Messenger Server installed folder. It will help us to trace out the cause.

Our log settings you referred to are set properly.  Contents of manager log file are as follows.  Please note however there is nothing in the log for a month prior to the chat logs failing.
