Please make sure that the “Chat History Log Storage” is enabled in “Server Manager > Configuration” (refer the following screenshot).
If you can’t find the Chat History even though the Log Storage is enabled, please provide us the Output Messenger Server log as well as your ‘Server Manager > Configuration’ screenshot through support@srimax.com. It will help us to trace out the cause.
You can find the Server Log file named as ‘Server Service for Output Messenger.log’ at the Output Messenger Server installed folder. It will help us to trace out the cause.
