Hi, i did'nt revceive any details on this.

The advice i've receiced is to reinstall the server and the client with the latest version.

The remote control still not working.when i share a desktop. It's a feature we want to work before buying the product. For now we only view the desktop.

Please make sure desktop sharing is enabled in Server Manager.

  • Server Manager   >>   configuration   >>   client settings    >>   Enable desktop sharing.
  • You can also check : http://support.outputmessenger.com/voice-video-calls-not-working/
  • Make sure whether you gave permission to share your desktop in your OUM(Output Messenger) client's Settings. Settings >> Other Options >> Remote Desktop >> Choose your preference and save changes.
    • Share desktop cursor - remote user can only able to see your desktop and its cursor movement.
    • Allow remote user to control my desktop - remote user can make changes in your desktop.
