Is there a way to see what client version everyone is running?

The latest update said to push new client from server but it did not work.  How can we make that work or remove it all together and provide a single point of deploying the new client?

Yes, you can see the Client version of each user through “Server Manager > Log > Online Users’ Information”.

Please download again the latest Client version #1.2.2 from following page and update it manually at this time.

From the next version onwards, you can push the new Client from Server successfully.

If someone is not logged onto their messenger when a push update is performed, would we be able to re-push to them at a later date?  We just went from 1.2.3.0 to 1.2.4 and there are a few people who did not receive the client update from the push.

The users, who missed the Client update during the push, can check for latest version and update through ‘Information Menu > Update Client from Server’.
