Is your Output Messenger Users list messed up with too many users?
You can Hide Users or Departments from your display list through Settings > Display Details > Hide Users / Departments.

Hide Users

To hide Users from Users list,

  1. Under Hide Users, click the Search by name field.
  2. Type the name of the user you want to hide and select the user from the search results.
  3. The selected user will be added to the hidden users list.
  4. Repeat the above steps to add more users if required.
  5. After selecting Users, Click Save.

Unhide Users

Under the Hide Users/Departments tab, click the remove button on the left side of the user name and click Save.

Hide Departments

To hide Departments from Users list,

  1. Under Hide Departments, click the Search by Departments field.
  2. Type the name of the department you want to hide and select the Department from the search results.
  3. The selected departments will be added to the hidden departments list.
  4. Repeat the above steps to add more departments if required.
  5. After selecting Departments, Click Save.

Unhide Department

Under the Hide Users/Departments tab, click the remove button on the left side of the Department name and click Save.
